Minted +West Elm

Hello guys,

I decided to take part of this challenge over at Minted because they paired up with one of my favorite retailers, West Elm.  If you have a minute please head over to Minted and vote for my print "City Lights."

I don't think I've been as pissed off at myself as I was when I got to this show. I had been contemplating bringing my Nikon but opted on a point-and-shoot instead to avoid any issues at the door. Well sure enough, once I made my way to the front, the dude in front of me pulled out his DSLR... I quite possibly could've have lost it right then and there; this show meant that much. Thankfully however, Chan & Co came out and transported me swiftly to an alternate state of consciousness.

I've been listening to Chan since the early 2000's and I have nothing but love and respect for this woman! Her voice has this quality to dig deep into my soul. Cat Power is more than music, it's an experience!

Chan,stay strong!! XX

These guys rock hard every time I see them live. If you haven't seen them yet then you're missing out! Seeing their name on the marquee is a testament to all that hard work pays off. Truth is I couldn't be more proud of them... bird flipping & all!
